The estimate is free. Nothing on this page is a price.
Say which work you want looked at, in the order you care about. Interior rooms, exterior walls, deck staining, siding, brick, fence staining, and Painter for a Day can share one walk and still be separate lines on the writing. A short list may be a one-day job. A whole house is not. Photos help us see a door or a single wall. They do not replace the walkthrough for a full interior or exterior.
We need the decision maker for the project to be present for the walkthrough and to discuss the project. If you are writing for someone else, say who will be there. Tell us about stains, soft wood, a color sheet you already have, and whether anyone needs the house usable on a certain week. We will not promise a coat on a damp wall to protect a date.

What we will not do from a message alone is name a price or approve a color we have not seen on the wall. What we will do is set a time, walk the surfaces, and write the prep. Sherwin-Williams is named when a product is specified. Work we paint carries a 3-year written warranty. We are 5-star rated on Google. Those lines are not a substitute for the scope.

Sunday is closed. A message sent on Sunday is read when the office is open. If you are comparing scopes from other painters, the quote checklist on the site shows the lines a written exterior estimate should contain. Bring those questions to the walk. We would rather answer them on site than by a long email that has not seen the wall.
A later project can be listed on its own and scheduled when you are ready. It is not priced on this page, and it is not a reason to skip the walk on the work you want first.
