Family-owned, Knoxville TN

Why Tellico Village homeowners choose Castle Painters

Castle Painters in Tellico Village means a family-owned Knoxville painting company built on one simple idea. Our founder, Blair Halkett, started Castle so that having your home painted would be something you enjoy, not something you survive. Everything about how we work comes back to that goal: building a painting company people genuinely love.

That matters here. Your Tellico Village home is a big investment, and it's also the place you come home to. You want painters in Tellico Village who treat it with care, who are easy to reach, and who make the whole job feel simple from the first call to the final walkthrough. That is the experience we set out to deliver on every house, whether it's one room or the whole exterior. You should feel good about hiring us, good while we're there, and proud of the result when we leave.

We paint homes throughout Tellico Village and across Loudon County, from Tanasi and Toqua to Chota, Coyatee, and Kahite.

A family-owned company you can count on

Being family-owned shapes how we treat your home. We show up on the day we say we will. We tell you what's happening and what comes next, so you're never left wondering where the job stands. Floors, furniture, plantings, and walkways are covered before work begins, and the site is cleaned up at the end of every day.

When you reach out, you hear back from us within 24 hours. Small things like that add up. Homeowners notice when painters in Tellico Village are easy to work with. We work hard to be exactly that.

Paint that's made for lake-country homes

Homes around Tellico Lake take a different kind of wear than houses in town. Summer humidity slows drying. Strong afternoon sun fades and chalks south- and west-facing walls. Decks often sit high on sloped lots, catching sun and moisture from every side.

As painters in Tellico Village, we plan for all of it. Exterior coats are timed for dry weather so the paint cures the way it should. Each surface is prepped for what it actually is, whether that's fiber cement, wood, vinyl, or brick, so the finish holds up season after season. On tall decks, we plan safe access and protect the area below before any stain goes on. Decks, porches, and outdoor spaces are a big part of lake living, so we treat that wood with the same care as the walls inside. The payoff is paint and stain that look better longer and keep protecting your home.

Painters in Tellico Village who plan around seasonal homes

If Tellico Village is your seasonal or second home, we make painting simple to fit around your life. Tell us when you'll be in town, and we'll plan the walkthrough and the work around your calendar. Want the house fresh before you arrive for the season, or finished before guests come to visit? We build the schedule around the date that matters to you.

Clear communication matters even more when you aren't here every week. You'll know when we're starting, how the work is going, and when we're done.

ACC colors, handled with care

Exterior color changes in the Village go through the ACC, and the Tellico Village Property Owners Association is where owners find the current guidelines. You submit your color choices, and once they're approved, we paint to exactly those colors. We're happy to talk through options at the walkthrough so you can submit with confidence. Owners count on painters in Tellico Village to match what was approved, and the finished house does, with no surprises for anyone.

An estimate you can actually read

Every project starts with a free walkthrough at your home. We look at each surface, listen to what you want, and answer your questions on the spot. Then you receive a free written estimate that spells out the prep, the Sherwin-Williams products we'll use, and the full scope of work. You'll know exactly what you're getting before anything begins. No pressure and no guesswork, just a clear plan from painters in Tellico Village who respect your home.

To make that visit as useful as possible, there's one thing we ask. We need the decision maker for the project to be present for the walkthrough and to discuss the project.

Every completed job is backed by our 3-year written warranty, so you can enjoy the finished work with real peace of mind.
