Every job we paint carries a 3-year written warranty. Plan on 30\u201360 minutes. We look at peeling, soft wood, open caulk, stains, chalk, and mildew. The written estimate names surfaces, prep, product, sheen, and what is not included.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we open a wall or a board and find more than the walkthrough showed, we stop and talk before the scope changes. You should not discover a new line of work after the crew has already painted it.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The person who walks the house checks on the crew while the work is underway. That is how we keep the written scope and the finish in the same conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where we paint<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are based in Knoxville and paint homes in Knoxville, West Knoxville, Farragut, Hardin Valley, Maryville, Sequoyah Hills, Powell, Kingston, Tellico Village, and Lenoir City.
